1. Service

Kompete is an AI Business Operating System offering automated competitive intelligence, business memory, and weekly CEO briefs. The service, features, and delivery are described on https://kompete.stackedge.ai. We may update features with reasonable notice where required by law.

Plans: Free (€0), Starter (€49/month), and Pro (€79/month). Paid plans may show VAT or similar taxes at checkout where applicable.

2. AI-generated content

Insights, CEO briefs, recommendations, and other outputs generated by Kompete are produced using artificial intelligence based on the data you provide and publicly available signals. They are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, tax, or professional advice. You are solely responsible for how you use AI-generated content and for verifying material decisions with qualified professionals where appropriate.

3. EU VAT and pricing

Paid plan prices are shown in euros. Where applicable, VAT or similar indirect tax will be charged in line with EU rules on electronically supplied services. Your invoice or payment receipt from Stripe will reflect taxes charged at checkout where applicable.

4. Subscription and cancellation

Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe until you cancel. You may cancel at any time using the options in your billing portal or account settings. After cancellation, you retain access until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated at checkout.

5. Right of withdrawal — digital content waiver

Under EU consumer law, you may normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. For digital content delivered immediately after purchase, that right may be lost if you consent to immediate performance and acknowledge losing the right of withdrawal.

By subscribing to a paid plan and requesting immediate access to the Kompete service, the customer expressly waives their 14-day right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, as the digital service is delivered immediately upon request.

6. Hosting

The website and application are operated on infrastructure provided by Vercel Inc., 340 Pine Street, Suite 900, San Francisco, CA 94104, USA. Technical processing may occur in the EU and other regions subject to appropriate safeguards.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Spanish law, including the Law on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI) and other applicable Spanish and EU consumer and commercial rules. The parties submit to the courts of Barcelona for any disputes arising from these Terms, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence where applicable.
